NEW YORK DIVE CLUB’S
ANNUAL CHINA TRAINING TRIP
July 26th - August 25th, 2015

            This is an excellent opportunity for all divers of all ages interested in progressing their talent and experiencing a different culture. The Shanghai city team's facilities are phenomenal and it is an amazing opportunity for your child to train immersed in a culture where diving is the focus of concentration. I strongly encourage and hope everyone can make the trip it is a wonderful team bonding experience for everyone!

TRAVEL PLANS & FEES

            I will be flying from JFK to Los Angeles on 7/15 6:30pm by Delta Airlines to participate the AAU National Meet, then on 7/26 1:00am leaving for Shanghai by China Eastern Airlines, flight #584. Feel free to purchase flight tickets on your own or contact H&T Travel at 718-886-6698 to purchase flight tickets, please book flights as early as possible due to peek season. This year we will training in Shanghai. A $ 500.00 deposit fee is due to me by May 1st with the signed rules and regulations contract. Please keep a copy of the travel rules and regulations for your records as well. There will be 30 training days in total, the coaching fee, which includes the facilities fees, will be $100 per day per diver,the rest coaching fee is due in total by July 1st. The hotel I will arrange and pay for your own when you are in China.The hotel is called The Regal Shanghai East Asia Hotel, the cost for a room is about $78.00 USD per day, which includes complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi service, for more information on the hotel, their webside is http://www.regalhotel.com/regal-shanghai-east-asia-hotel/main/hotel-home.aspx.             Everyone must sign a contract with his or her parents (legal guardian) agreeing not to participate in any illegal or inappropriate behavior that would be considered unacceptable. Any reported incidents that fall into these categories will result in immediate expulsion from the team, no exceptions. Please return a signed an dated copy of this sheet to me with your $500 deposit by May 1st.
